Animal Loss Connect Group

The Animal Loss Connect Group is for anyone who is grieving a beloved animal.  You are welcome if this loss was recent or in the past. There is no time limit on grief.  We share joyous memories as well as challenges with grief.  This is a space for all of us to feel connected to others who have lost a cherished animal. Join us as we share this time together.  You are also welcome if you just want to listen and be among others who understand grief from animal loss.

A Rainbow Lotus Collaboration ~ a Flower Farmer & a Goat Farmer.

No Mud – No Lotus.  No compost – No flowers.   Melissa Spencer, Owner of Ripple Cut Flowers – grows her blooms in Carla DrakeUnderkoffler’s rescue farm manure.  If ever there was proof needed that mud/poo is the best medium to grow beauty, it’s embodied through Melissa & Carla’s symbiotic connection. “No mud. No Lotus.”

As works in progress, together we will lead the following workshop:

Tuesday, November 14th 2023 6:30 -8:00 In person, up the spiral staircase

Re-Storying

What stories are you telling yourself ?  What words do you use to describe your life without even realizing?  Join us as we start to gently unearth limiting beliefs and old stories. We will begin to dig up the myths and cultural messages we have gathered throughout our lifetimes. Messaging from ourselves, society, families of origin and media that have unconsciously shaped patterns and formed relationships that may no longer serve who we are or who we are becoming.  In this workshop we will gather to unbury our current stories and begin to re-create a more fruitful version so that we can bloom into our authentic selves.
